Ok- this is completely random. What are the chances?
As you undoubtedly know, we had a 5.9 magnitude earthquake here in DC late last month. At which point the neighboring chimney pictured below shed some bricks. A number landed in the yard & drive beneath it. If you look closely, some remained on the roof, held back by the gutter. Until a tropical storm hit, blowing more bricks from the roof. Found a shard. A heart. Who’d a thunk it? Not me!
I’m lucky enough to be working at the house of two great bipeds and a pair of chihuahuas, Pedro & Lulu. Here’s Lulu giving me the eye whilst I snap a photo of her neck heart.
This is an interview of me by Maryland Public TV, which does a good job of telling what, how, where, and why I take photos of found hearts! Let me know what you think. Thanks.
Here is my blog about my passion – Found Heart photographs. I don’t think I could avoid seeing them if I tried. So I keep seeing them everywhere, and take pictures of them, a few thousand by now.
