I have no idea of what the artist was trying to say, if it is intended to be readable.
And no idea if they wanted to portray a heart.
Just thought it was a cool one.

I find graffiti artists do tend to make hearts – some intended and some not I’m sure. The white of the paint makes this one really stand out!
